**About Us**:
My Enchantresss is a growing women’s fashion brand inspired by global trends and bold feminine energy. We’re looking for a passionate **E-commerce & Social Media Assistant** to join our team at our workplace. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the fashion e-commerce industry, gain hands-on experience, and grow with the brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website & Product Management**:

- Upload and organize products on the website (images, descriptions, categories, stock).
- Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and well-arranged.
- **Social Media Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Keep track of trends and help in creating engaging posts and campaigns.
- **Customer Support (in future when business grows)**:

- Handle basic customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Support in returns, order issues, and client communication.
- **General Assistance**:

- Coordinate with management for promotions, campaigns, and website improvements.
- Maintain records and support the day-to-day operations of the brand.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th pass education** (Graduation is a plus).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use a laptop (owning one is an advantage).
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and social media.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the brand.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹10,000 per month (first 3 months).
- **1st month**: Training period.
- **After 3 months**: Salary hike based on performance, progress, and contribution.
- **Lunch provided** at the workplace.
