**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven **Social Media Associate** to join our dynamic marketing team. The role will be instrumental in elevating Aza's digital presence, strengthening brand visibility, and engaging with our luxury fashion audience across multiple social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute Aza’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest.
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content calendars with business goals and campaign launches.
- Develop engaging, visually compelling content including reels, stories, posts, and campaigns that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and voice.
- Monitor trends in fashion, social media, and digital content to recommend timely, relevant strategies.
- Oversee daily community management: respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers to build strong relationships.
- Work closely with graphic designers, influencers, and content creators to plan and execute collaborative campaigns.
- Track and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of social media tools, analytics, trends, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Experience working with influencers or managing collaborations preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of the Indian designer landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
