**Social Media Executive / Intern**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, videos) tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and writers to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social platforms.
- Foster relationships with followers and build an engaged online community.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for cross-platform campaign integration.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
- Use insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and platform features to drive innovation.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and branding strategies.
- Liaise with influencers and other external partners for collaborations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or marketing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Additional Information**:

- **Location**: Parel
- **Employment Type**: Full-time / Part time
- **Compensation**: Full time upto 30k / Part time upto 12k
