Leverage technology for operational efficiencies:

- Identify marketing transactions and functionality that need to be maintained in the ERP system/ company-specific database e.g. proposal documents
- Work with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system

2. Assist stakeholders by providing value-add MIS & documentation.
- Record document concisely and clearly all marketing plan

3. Manage existing business processes in Marketing:

- Establish sustained relationship with government agencies and private players for better traction
- Continue to work on lead generation in government and private sectors
- Acquiring clients by penetrating new markets, working with channel partners.
- Work with other departments for arriving at pricing strategy for project proposals
- Continue timely and accurate submission of proposals, through e-tendering and other means

4.Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with company stakeholders and key customers, to create an effective marketing strategy for DRIL
- Define all activities necessary to acquire marketing goals and objectives.
- Keeping track of the state and central policies for Ropeway industry.
- Working on financial models for assessing project viability and payback
- lead the planning as well as execution of marketing plans, including tracking of bids, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations for the future
- Tendering, preparation of BOQ and cost estimation for selected projects
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.

5. Brand Development:

- Activities ensuring corporate brand building
- Innovative marketing strategies to utilize the rope way surrounding area / places

6. Risk Analysis
- Identify prime risks and limitations within marketing plan
- Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance.
- Manage risk and cash flow for every project.

7. Environment certification
- Obtaining required certification on environment clearance for the project

**Requirements, Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering is must
- 10+ years of total experience
- **Must** have demonstrated an ability to deliver profitable growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
- Travelling is must

**Experience**:

- Marketing : 10 years (required)

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
