**Role Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **Google Ads Intern** to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing strategies to achieve maximum ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Write engaging and relevant ad copies that align with client goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Assist in setting up conversion tracking and audience targeting.
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of Google Ads and PPC marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new tools and strategies.
- Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
