**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on **Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)** and **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)**:

- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid optimization to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives
- Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
- Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API) and ensure accurate attribution
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices
- Analyze competitor advertising strategies and market trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom conversions
