We are looking for a passionate and skilled Google Ads Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive growth through effective paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure high-performing campaigns.
- Write and optimize ad copy to ensure maximum relevance and engagement.
- Perform regular performance analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the design team to create effective display ads.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Keep up with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing.
- Provide recommendations for continuous campaign improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure Google Ads accounts are properly structured for maximum performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search strategies with broader marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- **Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).**

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other paid advertising platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio).
- Knowledge of landing page optimization.
