About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Meta & Google Ads Intern to support our performance marketing team in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real client accounts and learn practical skills in digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Help with audience research, keyword research, and targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Suggest optimization ideas to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Coordinate with designers and content team for ad creatives
- Maintain tracking sheets for budgets, performance, and leads
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads interface
- Familiarity with audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
- Comfortable with Google Sheets for reporting
- Reliable internet connection and a working laptop
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
