About Role

We are looking for a motivated
Meta & Google Ads Intern
to support our performance marketing team in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real client accounts and gain practical experience in digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword research, and support targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Suggest optimization ideas to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Coordinate with designers and content team for ad creatives.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for budgets, performance, and leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads interface.
  • Familiarity with audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Reliable internet connection and a working laptop.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
