We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic chef to join our team. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes including sandwich burgers, pizzas, waffles, French fries, Maggie noodles, and various hot and cold beverages such as chai and coffee.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items, ensuring that all meals are of high quality and meet the established standards.

2. Plan and develop creative and innovative recipes to continuously enhance the menu offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Ensure that food preparation and cooking methods comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.

4. Control and monitor portion sizes and waste to minimize food costs.

5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and efficient service.

6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.

7. Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation standards.

8. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted kitchen operations.

9. Coordinate with restaurant management to determine pricing strategies and adjust menu items accordingly.

10. Stay updated with culinary trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques to bring innovation to the menu.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a chef or cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

2. Proficient in preparing and cooking various dishes, including sandwich burgers, pizzas, waffles, French fries, Maggie noodles, and beverages like chai and coffee.

3. In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

4. Strong understanding of culinary techniques and ability to develop creative recipes.

5. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

6. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead kitchen staff.

8. Ability to manage inventory and control food costs.

9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
