**Job Title**: Sous Chef
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and creative **Sous Chef** to assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations. The Sous Chef will help supervise the kitchen staff, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to menu development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and cooks
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and order supplies when needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure food safety compliance (HACCP/FSSAI)
- Collaborate in menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure timely preparation of food during service hours
- Handle special requests and manage kitchen in absence of Head Chef
- Monitor food cost and minimize wastage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
