**Required experience/accessories**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or relevant diploma.
- At Least one year experience in the field of web hosting.
- Basic Knowledge of using Virtual servers (OpenVZ, KVM or VirtualBox or VMWare Player etc).
- Basic Knowledge of using web monitoring services (LibreNMS).
- Basic Knowledge of using WHMCS and/or cPanel and/or DirectAdmin.
- **Employee must have their own laptop/computer to work from**

**Summary of Role**:

- Manage and resolve issues from start to finish.
- Maintain and update user guides related to Cloud platforms.
- Creating reports / guides that would further enhance user / staff experience.
- Monitoring servers using platforms such as LibreNMS.
- Responding to support clients tickets sent via WHMCS.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Communication experience - good English verbal and written.
- In depth knowledge in the Linux work environment.
- Understanding of Virtual Servers and basic networking.
- Multi-tasking; switching between different tasks and prioritizing.
- Problem solving skills; high flexibility; very responsive; good team player.
- General knowledge of Web servers (Apache, Nginx)
- General knowledge of Databases (Optional)
- Firewalls (Optional)
- Networking Concepts (Optional)

Bonus Points/Optional:

- Knowledge and on-hand experience with KVM and OpenVZ platforms.
- Familiar with Bash, Shell, Python, PHP etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
