**Your Role**:

- Design, develop, and maintain websites that meet the needs and expectations of the organization and its clients.
- Ensure that websites are secure, reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Implement and update web content, features, and functionality using various web technologies and frameworks.
- Test and debug websites across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Manage web hosting, domains, backups, and analytics.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Research and evaluate new web trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website issues and queries.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders on web projects.

**Basic Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in web development and management.
- Knowledgeable in web design, usability, and accessibility principles.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or other web languages and frameworks.
- Familiar with web hosting, domains, and server administration.
- Understanding of cloud computing and related technologies, such as Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of MS Power Apps and Power Pages.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail, quality, and security.

**Business Acumen**:

- Strong problem solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
- Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems
- Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks
- Evangelizes how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective

**Leadership**:

- Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
- Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas
- Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
- Shares knowledge, power, and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill

- Able to work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
- Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
- Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members. Shows ability to effectively delegate work
