Are you the kind of design wizard who dreams in Pantone colors and can’t resist making everything just a little bit prettier? We need a Visual Communication Designer who’s equal parts creative genius and pixel perfectionist. In this role, you’ll turn “just an idea” into visuals that make people say, “Wow” (and sometimes “Whoa”).

**What You’ll Be Up To**:

- **Channeling creativity**: Work with Marketing and Product teams to make fresh, fun, and absolutely scroll-stopping designs.
- ** Keeping our social media on-trend**: Memes and cat GIFs are optional, but our visuals need your magic touch
- ** Trend-stalking**: Stay two steps ahead of what’s cool, so we’re always the trendsetters.
- ** Visual mixology**: From landing pages to social posts, newsletters to blog assets, you’re the creative bartender mixing up design cocktails
- ** Start-to-finish wizardry**: See projects through from brainstorms to final tweaks, ensuring your vision comes to life just right.

**What we Expect**:

- 2 years of hands-on design magic—your portfolio should dazzle and even surprise us.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere)—no wands needed, just a good mouse.
- An artistic visualization— create fabulous artwork on paper and eventually on software like Photoshop/Illustrator/Procreate
- Basic motion graphic moves —make things shimmy, shake, and come to life.
- A knack for storytelling through visuals and creating pieces that make people think, “How did they even do that?”
- File wrangling skills: A well-organized file is the unsung hero of every great design.
- Excellent communication: You’re not afraid to pitch your bold ideas, even if they involve unicorns.
