**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop user-centric visual assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality designs.
- Design creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design solutions.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in refining and improving existing design assets.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects)** or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of **UI/UX principles** and design standards.
- Ability to create engaging visual storytelling content.
- Strong typography, layout, and composition skills.
- Basic knowledge of design systems and style guides.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering visually appealing designs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of prototyping tools like **Figma** or **Sketch**.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS) is advantageous.

**Educational Qualification**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in graphic/visual design will be an added advantage
