**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer in Mumbai. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating mockups, visual designs, prototypes, front-end development, and user experience design (UED) for various projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of engaging and visually appealing user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research & Analysis**: Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to gather insights into the needs of event attendees and organizers.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- **UI Design**: Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for digital event platforms, websites, apps, and event management tools.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and optimize for user satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and the events team to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines while also improving usability and accessibility.
- **Event-Specific Design**: Design digital touchpoints for events, such as interactive event schedules, session booking systems, digital maps, virtual exhibit booths, and live streaming interfaces.
- **Design System Creation & Maintenance**: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring a consistent and cohesive design language across platforms.
- **Responsive Design**: Optimize designs for different devices and screen sizes (web, mobile, tablet) to ensure an exceptional experience for users across all platforms.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in the events, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design with examples of event-related digital products or platforms.
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or other industry-standard software.
- **Prototyping & Interaction**: Experience with interactive prototyping and design tools (e.g., Proto.io, Marvel, or similar).
- **User-Centered Design**: In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, including user research, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
- **Responsive & Mobile Design**: Ability to design responsive web and mobile experiences, ensuring usability across multiple devices.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and brand aesthetics.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Ability to work well within cross-functional teams, especially with developers, product managers, and event planners.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex design challenges in a user-friendly manner.
- **Event Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the unique needs of digital event experiences, including virtual events, conferences, exhibitions, and ticketing platforms, is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,790.83 - ₹53,202.26 per month
