**About the Role -**

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandiser & Communication Designer to join our team who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our retail space.

This role will be pivotal in creating visually stunning communication and displays within our premium retail stores. Your creative vision and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving sales, increasing customer engagement, and reinforcing our brand identity.

**Responsibilities -**
- Create visually appealing communication and display materials to enhance the overall aesthetic of our retail stores.
- Utilize creativity and design expertise to develop innovative solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging and product offerings.
- Coordinate, plan, and communicate merchandise displays to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate merchandising initiatives with

marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Liaise with advertising agencies, vendors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and execute display installations.
- Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit visual assets for various marketing and promotional materials.
- Maintain visual standards across all store locations, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize store layout and flow, maximizing customer engagement and sales opportunities.
- Participate in store walkthroughs and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements -**
- Proven experience as a Communication Designer in premium retail stores or similar environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of retail merchandising principles and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment while also being able to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
