Responsibilities:
- Need to handle all the roles & paper work for ISO 9001:2015
- **Should treat company's confidential matters with utmost importance.**
- Internal coordination within the organization.
- Marketing and negotiation with major buyers and vendors.
- Brand Management.
- Looking into various matters such as customs, logistics etc. as and when required.
- Communication with major buyers and sellers of the company via our official website, mail, twitter and etc.
- Looking out for new scope and opportunities both in the domestic and international arena.
- Introducing new and advanced formulation for the development of the company.
- Looking out for prospective collaboration for the company.
- If required need to travel for trade shows and other commitments which are required as and when for the expansion of the company both domestic and international.
- Will be the senior most level of contact if any flaw arises and should be able to fix it.
- Keeping a track on various departments of the company.
- Need to analyze the fashion trends of both domestic and international market.
- Need to innovate and design new brochure, poster, presentation as a part of marketing strategy for the purpose of digital and field marketing.
- Need to merchandise as per our in-house designers and buyers needs and specifications via store visits, electronic media etc.
- If needed, need to visit our production house as and when required to inspect the work in progress in our manufacturing unit and to fix if any flaws arise.
- Preparing COST SHEET for all our production.
- Maintaining stock inventory and coordinating the same with the accounts department.
- Communication with our job work vendors regarding embroidery and dyeing house.
- Must have Garment stitching & technical knowledge
- Should be able to MULTITASK

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration cum marchandiser: 3 years (preferred)
