Are you obsessed with clicks, conversions, and cracking the code of ROAS? Do you dream in CTR and wake up optimizing campaigns in your mind? If you’ve got a natural talent for making ads perform like rockstars, we’ve got the perfect stage for you.

As our **Performance Marketing Executive**, you'll be the mastermind behind highly-targeted ads, running A/B tests like a mad scientist, and pulling levers on Google, Facebook, Instagram (and wherever else our audience hangs out). Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to drive killer growth while squeezing every ounce of value from our marketing budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms with the precision of a NASA launch.
- Perform A/B testing (Ads, landing pages, coffee brands—you name it, you test it).
- Keep a hawk’s eye on performance metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and a dozen other acronyms.
- Analyze data like a fortune teller and provide actionable insights for making the magic happen.
- Collaborate with our content, design, and dev teams to create irresistible user journeys.

**You Are**:

- A metrics geek who can translate data into $$$.
- Obsessed with driving conversions and making sure our ads speak directly to the hearts (and wallets) of our target audience.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and a lover of data-driven decisions.
- A trend chaser, always in the know about the latest ad formats, algorithm changes, and TikTok dances (optional but appreciated).

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and all those other ad platforms you probably already know better than us.
- Spreadsheet wizardry—pivot tables are your playground.
- Superhuman ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Bonus: Fluent in meme culture.
