Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare all kind of draft, deeds, agreements, terms & condition, Privacy policies, and other legal documents.
- Create vendor contracts & contractual work agreements with vendors & sub-contractors.
- Having experience to handle litigation, standing and arguing before various courts.
- Co-ordinate with advocate in court matter & proceedings.
- Follow up, Communicate and negotiate of legal matters with concern.
- Staying updated on the most recent developments in all pertinent legal areas and enhancing the legal department’s knowledge base.
- Attend official level meetings identified with the future aspect of the organization.
- Discuss with Management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations in organization.
- Give accurate & timely legal direction/Counsel to the office staff in all variety of legal matters that influence the organization.
- Design and oversee the company policy and position on legal matters.
- Make sure that organization is in compliance with all present business process laws to protect against legal risks and violations.

Desired Skills:

- Proven work experience of minimum 5 years.
- Experience in Litigation and appearing in District and Subordinate Courts, High Court, Consumer Forums and Lok Adalat, DRT, etc.

Qualification / Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB)
