We are currently hiring for **Legal Subject Matter Expert/Legal Consultant/Legal officer** for one our govt project. It is a contractual position with a **hybrid model**. Respective consultant need to match with minimum criteria given below
- **Qualification -**
- Must have Law Degree, Master's degree is a plus (Relevant documents to be attached).
- Excellent Command on written English and Hindi.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- in depth knowledge of regulatory laws and sections of the Civil litigation.
- 3-5 year experience of working in a law firm or with CGSC/Sr. Panel counsel/ASGI (Relevant documents to be attached).

**Job Responsibilities -**
- Examination and drafting in respect of files having legal issues like land disputes, non compliance of order, 80 CPC notice administrative issues like promotion, transfer, appointment etc.
- Assist in preparation of draft note to MoD/MoL mentioning the legal grounds for filing/challenging the Judgment/orders passed by concerned court.
- Examination/Scrutiny of the proposal for obtaining Legal Opinion of LA(Def) regarding filing of Appeals in High Court and SLP in the Apex Court.
- To provide a specific course of action and interpretation of Act/Rules to process the case related to acquisition, transfer and diversion of land from various agencies/Government bodies and issues addressed by the concerned authorities.
- Examine the issues in post-acquisition Litigation and assist in preparation of replies.
- To assist the DEO in preparing replies in PPE Act cases, drafting MOU's, License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Tender Agreement etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
