**Role Purpose**:The position will be responsible to advise and support in legal, contractual, secretarial, compliance and regulatory matters for the organization and will also be closely aligned and be required to connect regularly with the relevant business teams, procurement & sales teams and all other support functions

**What the role entails**:

- Drafting and vetting of Legal agreement - Commercial Agreements - SLA, NDA, Lease, Debt Funding related documents.
- Drafting legal notices and replies to notices
- General Legal Advisory (Proficient in Commercial and labour laws as well as secretarial compliances)
- Acting as a SPOC b/w company and empanelled advocates.
- Assist in evaluations and conducting thorough due diligence for all deals and transactions and effectively develop and implement appropriate riskmitigation strategies in relation to Organization's business operations.
- Involvement in negotiation of customer contracts & vendor contracts.
- Providing MIS monthly for the management’s perusal.
- Partners with business teams in managing customer contracts and effectively monitor and enforce the contracts from a legal perspective.
- Handling all Secretarial matters and end to end corporate compliances including preparation of minutes, Annual Report etc. and assisting in filing the necessary forms, returns etc.
- Assisting in good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate and Business Laws as well as other activities ancillary to the above.
- Ability to draft and close commercial agreements independently and efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
- Attention to detail and a well-organised approach to work - Ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Commercial frame of mind.
- Should abreast with all the applicable statutes and laws.
- Preferably from a corporate/industry background.

**Location** Sultanpur, New Delhi (Travel to other locations on need basis).

**First 8 months’ key deliverables** - Independent review of Vendor and Customer contracts.
- Compliance Management for the Organisation.
- Support on Strategic matters and disputes including legacy litigations as well as empanelling advocates.
- Managing Legal MIS and Budgets

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
