**Job Summary**:
Pawar Technology Services (PTS) is hiring 5 dynamic IT Sales Executives to join our rapidly growing team If you're passionate about sales and technology, and ready to kick-start or boost your career, we want you on board.

As an IT Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in promoting our wide range of services - including Web & Software Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, and Training Programs - to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT solutions
- Share service proposals, close deals, and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for successful project delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate quality leads
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions

**Skills Required**:
Strong communication & presentation skills

Excellent persuasion & negotiation abilities

Basic understanding of IT & digital services

Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented

Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related fields

Prior experience in IT or B2B sales is a plus - not mandatory
