**What you’ll be working on**
- Manage our work tracking (Jira & Jira Service Management) to satisfy business needs
- Create & manage Jira projects, workflows, statuses, etc to help ensure efficient work tracking & delivery
- Capture and support cross-functional reporting requirements
- Troubleshoot Jira project automation issues using various log and other diagnostic tools
- Manage our Confluence documentation store
- Curate our overall documentation store
- Encourage and support periodic cleanup
- Define and execute automation in close collaboration with multi-functional team members/key partners
- Collaborate with internal groups to identify, develop, and deploy manageable, scalable and robust services
- Analyze current implementations and processes to determine potential areas of improvement

**What you bring to the role**
- Bachelor's degree in technology field, and above 4 years relevant work experience
- 2+ years of Jira and Confluence software administration experience
- 2+ years developing custom solutions using the Atlassian product suite
- 1+ years of experience writing custom JQL and Groovy scripts
- Experience in analysis and execution of Jira improvements in the areas of workflows and custom fields
- Experience in evaluating and performing Atlassian migrations, upgrades, and plug-in maintenance
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to document requirements and feature updates, and to communicate with stakeholders and software development personnel
- Experience with migrating from Atlassian Server (self-hosted) to Cloud products a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Track record of successful practical problem solving, excellent written and interpersonal communication, and documentation skills

**Nice to Haves**:

- Proficiency in Linux command line
- Demonstrated scripting skills in one or more of: Bash, Python, Perl, PHP, Ruby, C, Java
