Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee general office operations and maintain a tidy and organized work environment & House keeping
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, setup, and logistics.
- Offering water, tea and drinks to the visitors and staff,
- Receiving, Packing, Unpacking & Dispatching Materials
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Opening & Closing Office
- Other Ad-hoc Duties
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to provide comprehensive support for office maintenance needs
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
**Education and Experience**:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Basic communication in Hindi, Kannada, and English is required.
