Production Supervisor

**Job Responsibilities:
- **
- Coordinate with management to establish production targets and ensure team members understand their goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety standards, particularly regarding the use of heavy machinery and handling sheet metal.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conducting safety and addressing any hazards promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output, waste, and downtime, and report these to upper management.
- Lead problem-solving efforts to address production issues, including equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or quality concerns.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and motivate staff.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance metrics, providing feedback and recognition to team members for their contributions.
- Prepare and present reports to management on production performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- You should be an organized person maintain an organized working style on the shop floor.
- should have good project management skills.
- You should have good manpower handling capability.
- You should have sound knowledge of machining operations such as turning, milling, etc.
- Convey information clearly and directly.
- Provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
