**Job Title**: CNC Supervisor—PCB Manufacturing (Automation Expertise)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled CNC supervisor with expertise in automation for our PCB manufacturing plant. The role involves supervising CNC drilling/routing operations, improving process efficiency, and ensuring production quality through automation and equipment optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise CNC drilling and routing teams in PCB production.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
- Implement automation to improve cycle times and reduce defects.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
- Train operators and maintain equipment performance.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of CNC experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and automation systems.
- Familiar with PCB manufacturing processes and quality standards (IPC).
- Experience with CAM software (e.g., UCAM, Genesis) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
