  • Set up VMC/CNC machines as per job requirements, tooling layout, and process sheets.
  • Load programs, verify offsets, and ensure correct tool selection and tool life management.
  • Conduct trial runs and validate part dimensions before handing over to operators.
  • Monitor production targets (shift-wise) and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Coordinate with planning, tooling, and quality departments for smooth production flow.
  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and adherence to work instructions on the shop floor.
  • Maintain production data sheet, tool consumption logs, rejection/ rework records, and shift handover notes
  • Ensure proper documentation of process parameters, control plans, and job changeover details.
  • Train operators and helpers on machine operations, measurement techniques, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure material inward, transfer internally at various plant for dispatch and packaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
