Additionally, the Chemical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient utilization of raw materials and the reduction of waste. This position requires a high level of knowledge of chemical production process, extensive experience in supervising personnel and an understanding of safety and environmental regulations. The Chemical Supervisor must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
