AR Lifesciences is a WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical manufacturing company, dedicated to producing high-quality formulations while adhering to the highest standards of compliance and efficiency. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
Supervise, train, and motivate packing staff to meet performance and safety standards.

Prepare work schedules and delegate tasks to packing team members.

Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.

Operational Oversight:
Ensure timely and accurate packing of products according to company standards and customer specifications.

Monitor packing line operations to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet dispatch deadlines.

Quality and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and procedures.

Inspect packed products for completeness, correct labeling, and proper packaging.

Report and document any non-conformities or damages.

Inventory and Materials Management:
Monitor usage of packing materials and request replenishments as needed.

Minimize waste and control packaging supply costs.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of packed products, labor hours, and materials used.

Prepare daily/weekly performance and productivity reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
