Ever dreamt of being the force that keeps things moving seamlessly from factory to client Here s your chance to be the backbone of Zymo s supply chain ensuring every finished product leaves our doors perfectly packed on time and with precision With 15 years of expertise in cosmetics manufacturing Zymo Cosmetics is looking for a Supervisor who can turn coordination into perfection managing dispatches handling packaging material inflows and keeping every record accurate to the last unit About Us Zymo Cosmetics is India s leading cosmetic products manufacturer With expertise of over 15 years and a legacy of building trust we provide internationally accredited cosmetic solutions that suit the brand best We provide comprehensive spec-to-product solutions in the categories of Skin Care Hair Care Baby Care Oral Care Men s Grooming and Herbal Products Roles and Responsibilities Supervise outward dispatches of finished goods as per client and production schedules Manage inward receipt of packaging materials and verify quantities and specifications Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure material handling safety Verify and check materials received dispatched against challans and documentation Coordinate with the QC team for inspection and clearance of incoming materials Forward bills and related documents to the accounts team after verification Maintain proper inventory and stock records in coordination with the stores and planning teams Ensure all dispatches and receipts are timely accurate and properly documented Qualifications Diploma or graduate in any discipline 0-1 years of experience in logistics dispatch or warehouse supervision preferably in FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing Strong sense of accuracy calculation and record-keeping Good coordination and follow-up ability Familiar with basic documentation and billing processes Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline in daily operations Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Ability to commute relocate Gandhinagar Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your current CTC in LPA What is your expected CTC in LPA What is your notice period in days Education Diploma Required Experience Dispatching 1 year Preferred Location Gandhinagar Gujarat Preferred Work Location In person
