Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatch staff and drivers.
- Develop, implement, and adjust delivery and pickup schedules based on operational needs.
- Monitor real-time delivery operations and proactively resolve delays or route issues.
- Maintain accurate records of driver logs, routes, mileage, and delivery times.
- Train and evaluate dispatch team performance; provide coaching and corrective action when necessary.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, delays, or changes.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Generate reports and analyze dispatch data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and coordinate repairs or maintenance schedules.
- Should have knowledge in Tally

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
