**Role Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our B2B sales team as a Client Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our B2B clients have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. Your primary objective will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

**2) Customer Support and Issue Resolution**:

- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and to the client's satisfaction.

**3) Onboarding and Training**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are fully informed about our products and services.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to help clients maximize the value of our solutions.

**4) Feedback Collection and Analysis**:

- Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products and services.
- Analyze feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction.

**5) Retention and Upselling**:

- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn rates.

**6) Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 15000 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
