**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and monitoring daily production operations to meet targets.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and prepare daily reports.
- Conduct routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Polytech in Mechanical Engineering is essential.**:

- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or training experience in manufacturing/production is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
