**Job Summary**:
The Product Executive in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing plays a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the production processes of pharmaceutical products within the manufacturing facility. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and regulatory compliance understanding to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality pharmaceuticals. The Product Executive collaborates closely with various teams including production, quality assurance, research and development, regulatory affairs, and supply chain to achieve organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Coordination**: Oversee the production schedule, ensuring timely manufacturing of pharmaceutical products according to established protocols and regulations. Coordinate with production teams to allocate resources effectively and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
- **Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies throughout the production process. Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity and safety.
- **New Product Introduction**: Facilitate the introduction of new pharmaceutical products into the manufacturing process. Coordinate trials, validation studies, and scale-up activities to ensure smooth integration of new products into production while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the manufacturing operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including research and development, regulatory affairs, and supply chain to support product development, regulatory submissions, and supply chain planning. Ensure alignment of manufacturing activities with organizational objectives and timelines.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, batch records, and process deviations. Prepare reports on production performance, key metrics, and quality indicators for management review.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry trends related to pharmaceutical manufacturing. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, EU GMP guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to production staff on manufacturing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the manufacturing team.

**Salary**: ₹14,439.17 - ₹40,000.00 per month
