**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit prospective clients and existing customers in assigned territory.
- Promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market visits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collect feedback and market intelligence for continuous improvement.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and trade shows.
- Maintain and submit daily reports on sales activities, visits, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or field marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
- Two-wheeler or vehicle (preferred, depending on region).
