**Position
- **Sales & Marketing (Multiple location in Himachal)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the building materials sector.
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, architects, engineers, project managers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to understand client needs and offer suitable building material solutions.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management for strategic planning.
- Analyze sales data, market conditions, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics.
- **Marketing & Branding**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s products and brand.
- Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies including website content, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s building material products, features, and benefits.
- Educate customers on product specifications, installation processes, and best practices.
