**About the Role**:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Executives (Freelancers) to promote and sell luxury villas and independent houses in Himachal Pradesh. This role offers an excellent opportunity for passionate sales professionals to earn substantial incentives without the pressure of targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and connect with potential buyers through various channels including networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- **Client Engagement**: Arrange property viewings, conduct site visits, and provide comprehensive information to clients.
- **Advisory Role**: Assist clients in making informed decisions by presenting property features, amenities, and financial options.
- **Negotiation**: Facilitate price negotiations and coordinate between buyers and the company to close deals smoothly.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure a high conversion rate.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury properties.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using online platforms for lead generation and marketing.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
- **Other**: Must have a smartphone and laptop with internet access for remote working.
