Key Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities include:

- **Project Planning and Execution**: You will be responsible for meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing real estate sales projects to meet and exceed targets.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: This role involves identifying key challenges in the sales process and making data-driven decisions to overcome obstacles and drive results.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Working closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution of sales plans.
- **Leadership and Mentorship**: Providing leadership to the sales team, mentoring junior sales staff, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- **Process Improvement and Innovation**: Constantly seeking opportunities to innovate sales processes, improve efficiency, and stay ahead of market trends.
- **Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities**: Engaging with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
