Job Responsibilities
- To ensure the following so far as Insurance Business of the Region is concerned:

- Branch Wise & Region Target are achieved Month on Month.
- To ensure that all issues pertaining to Insurance Business is resolved at the minimum time.

To ensure the awareness level of Insurance Products & procedure among the branches by Training to Branch Staffs.
- To motivate the staff of every branches about Insurance Business by either personally visiting the branches or by telephone.
- To Keep a very cordial relationship with Branches & all RO Staff.
- Customer Service
- Sales Oriented
- Open to travel
- Good contacts with HNIs
- Hitting Sales Targets
- Customer database management
- Good communication skill

**Salary**: - Fixed Salary + Incentives + other perks
