**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented freshers to join our General Insurance Sales team. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, explaining insurance products, and driving sales growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and financial solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers for general insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting the right insurance plans based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Finance preferred).
- Experience: No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial products and insurance concepts (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
