**Overview**

We are building a pioneering fashion-tech startup that combines a dynamic designer marketplace with a subscription-based rental model. We’re looking for a passionate, driven Co-founder to join our founding team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with the founding team to define long-term objectives, growth strategies, and product roadmap.
- **Fundraising & Investor Relations**: Contribute to crafting pitch decks, investor outreach, and financial planning to secure seed and subsequent funding rounds.
- **Operations & Team Building**: Oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and help recruit top talent to scale the business.
- **Business Development**: Forge partnerships with fashion designers, brands, and potential collaborators, expanding our product catalog and market reach.
- **Product & Market Insights**: Gather and analyze user feedback, monitor industry trends, and ensure product offerings align with market demand.
- **Brand & Marketing Strategy**: Work with marketing teams (internal or outsourced) to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve retention.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Entrepreneurial Mindset**: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment; comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- **Domain Knowledge**: Experience or strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, or subscription-based business models.
- **Leadership & Collaboration**: Proven track record of team leadership, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- **Financial Acumen**: Comfort with budgeting, forecasting, and investor communication.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify new growth opportunities.
- **Networking Capabilities**: Established industry connections or the aptitude to build them quickly (fashion, tech, or VC networks).
