**Job Title**:Sales Relationship Executive
**Job Location**: Pune
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Team Leader
**Salary Range**:INR 20,000 To INR 50,000
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients
- Conduct cold visits and follow-ups
- Visit client sites to understand their needs and ongoing projects & outstanding payment collection
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and support
- Maintain records of visits and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in client-facing or business development roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Comfortable with field work and client visits
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Good understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
**Requirements**:
- Experience in field collection or recovery roles preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone
- Familiar with Pune routes and nearby areas
- Willing to travel to Mumbai once a week
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Responsible, punctual, and result-oriented
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
