**Job Title: Tele caller - IT & Cybersecurity Services**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services (Firewall, VAPT, Managed IT, Network Security, etc.).
- Generate interest and qualify leads based on business needs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales/technical team.
- Maintain and update client database (CRM) with accurate information.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and meeting setups.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company in a positive manner.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **6 months to 2 years of experience** in tele calling / inside sales (preferably in IT, software, or cybersecurity domain).
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in English and Hindi.
- Strong ability to engage and convince prospects professionally.
- Good understanding of IT services, networking, and cybersecurity concepts (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline.

**Salary**:

- As per industry standards + performance-based incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
