**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and suppliers.
- Answer customer queries and provide assistance regarding our services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert Required Languages].
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn about e-commerce and digital platforms.

**Company Description**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
