- Bangalore/Bengaluru**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Work from Office at Ulsoor Road, Bengaluru (10 am to 6 pm)**
- You will be required to work across Industries and functional areas to fulfill corporate personnel requirements across a gamut of industries
- Managing end to end Recruitment that includes understanding and creating job specifications, job posting, sourcing, resume screening, Application tracking, phone screening, interview scheduling, feedback management and documentation, closing to joining.
- Referencing and Head Hunting
- Deploying various sourcing channels including internal database, job portals, social media; referencing, networking, head hunting etc.
- Applicant screening and assessment based on mandates shared.
- Connect effectively and maintain a strong work relationship with hiring companies/Clients
- Experience of working on a recruitment Tracker / ATS will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and well spoken English is a prerequisite
- Familiarity with Job Portals and social media job sites.Naukr, Monster,Shine,Times,LinkedIn,Indeed

**Location**: Bengaluru office at Sunrise Chambers,Ulsoor Road (Behind TAJ, MG Road)- Internet/Web savvy
- Age/Experience No bar.
