**Position**: Operations Executive
**Location**: New Delhi

**Job Overview**:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating with the operations head and sales team to manage daily sales and delivery schedules, ensuring smooth inventory management and logistics operations. This role is key to overseeing the movement of products from import to distribution, maintaining seamless supply chain flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with operations head and support with all documentation and communication related to wine import procedures.
- Work with operations head for efficient custom clearance, transport arrangements port to custom bonded warehouse and to distributor/s warehouse for imported wines.
- Monitor and track import shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to import regulations.
- Manage and monitor inventory and keep the management informed of overall inventory summary, stock levels, and need for replenishments at both custom bonded and distributor warehouses.
- Daily and Monthly Reports reflecting the sales and inventory status.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.**:

- **At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, including proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms.**:

- **Prior experience in the wine/alcohol beverage industry is a plus.**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and initiative-driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
