**Role & responsibilities**

The Operations Executive will report to the Operations Supervisor and support the operations team in providing the highest level of customer service while contributing to an efficient operation.

**Job Accountability**:

- Following up and resolving clients booking inquiries coming in through different communication platforms
- Ensuring that all the bookings, booking amendments, drivers and suppliers are uploaded on Koi B2B portal
- Coordination with suppliers to confirm services/bookings and making sure the rides are scheduled and dispatched on time
- Maintaining topmost quality for all rides to provide services which meet standards and policies of Client
- Resolving escalations from suppliers, customers and clients on calls and other communication platforms
- Competencies and Skills: Strong fluency with Excel and MS Office
- 1+ years of experience in Operations (Logistics/Back-office/Support Team) or 1+ years of experience in the Travel Industry
- Good Communcation skills
- Proven work experience in hospitality or Customer Service role
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Comfortble with rotational shift and rotational weekoff.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
