**Job Role:
- Generate various MISs to support relationship in getting more business.
- Generate MISs Channel wise, Supervisor wise and manager wise on qualitative as well as quantitative parameters.
- Perform income reconciliation and ensure to be in touch with various stakeholders to recover the income.
- Liaison with the MF - Operations team to check whether is income is received by various product manufacturers. Prepare the list of such manufacturers where income is pending and share it with Product Head for further action.
- Analyse the business data and assist the Product Head with strong areas and areas to focus upon.
- Track the purchase and redemptions data actively and provide with feedbacks to improve the quality of asset.
- Support investment specialists with various datapoints required by them on their region to enhance their business.
- Support ISs with various decks/dashboards to focus on various business sections to mobilize more assets.
- Maintain, Manage & Provide SOPs/Net Adjusted Sales related information with the business teams time - to - time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience of 5 years+ in MIS and Business Analytics role.
- Proficiency in creating reports and managing dashboards.
- Ability to understand sales strategies.
- Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools
- Proficient in excel (including excel macros using VBA), SQL or any other technology which can enhance the reporting or data analysis.

**Job Role**:

- Support Channel with periodic sales MIS,
- Respond to queries from channel related to the MIS,
- Create content for executive dashboard reporting,
- Manage and maintain sales data in excel,
- Automate MIS, share Miscellaneous MIS with channel / Product team / Management.
