**As an Art Supervisor at Kreativ Street, your key responsibilities are**:

- Understand the brands assigned to the core including but not limited to its market, target audience, communication challenges and objectives, tonality of the brand, competition, etc.
- Liaison with the strategy, account management (servicing) and copy team to develop outstanding creative work for social, digital and mainline
- Lead/support big digital and mainline campaign including digital films, TVC, print ad, activation, etc.
- Lead and manage a team of 4-6 art folks
- Crack visual tonality of the brand/campaign to give it a consistent, fresh and differentiated look
- Ensure 100% client retention by delivering output of highest quality
- Grow the account 30% YOY by pro-actively suggesting ideas and opportunities for your brand
- Prior experience of 5-7 years in marketing / advertising domain
- Ability to crack creative ideas independently
- Ability to articulate and execute campaign ideas (end-to-end)
- Ability to interact internally and externally (with clients)
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 4-6 art folks
- Prior experience in handling large campaigns and supervising output end-to-end
- Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, any additional software is a plus
- Exposed to cinema/popular culture
- Love for advertising
